1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Click Convoz website and the managed lead-to-booking services we provide. By requesting a fit call, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Click Convoz operates out of Houston, Texas.

2. Our Services

Click Convoz installs and manages a lead-to-booking system for residential home service businesses, primarily HVAC companies in the Houston area. Our packages include missed-call capture, prompt lead response, follow-up, reactivation, handoff, booking tracking, and review request automation. We are a managed service, not self-serve software. Website builds, ongoing SEO, paid-ad management, and branding are not included in our standard packages unless separately agreed in writing.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific business results, including booked jobs, revenue, close rates, Google rankings, review counts, or lead volume. Outcomes depend on your existing lead flow, market demand, pricing, and how your team closes. We build and manage the systems; we do not promise outcomes.

4. Payments and Cancellation

Setup fees and monthly management fees, the initial 90-day term, and month-to-month renewal with 30 days notice are governed by the signed agreement you enter into with Click Convoz. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. Payment terms, pricing, and cancellation notices are confirmed in that written agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

The Click Convoz name, logo, website content, and the systems, workflows, and configurations we build are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business name, customer data, and contact records. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our proprietary workflows, templates, or site content without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services lawfully and to provide accurate information when requesting a call or submitting a form. You agree not to use our systems to send unsolicited messages, violate applicable telemarketing or texting laws, or misrepresent your business. You are responsible for honoring opt-out and stop requests from your contacts.

7. Third-Party Services

Our systems may integrate with third-party tools such as phone, texting, scheduling, and review platforms. We do not control those providers and are not responsible for their availability, changes, or outages. You are responsible for maintaining your accounts and subscriptions with any third-party services required to run the system.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click Convoz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost revenue or missed opportunities arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim during the prior three months. We are not liable for the actions or failures of third-party providers.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The last-updated date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
