Question 1

Who do you work with?

Accepted Answer

We focus on owner-led residential HVAC service and replacement companies around Houston, typically with 3 to 15 trucks or techs and existing inbound demand. We are not currently taking on businesses outside that focus.

Question 2

How fast can we get started?

Accepted Answer

After a fit call, most systems are set up within one to two weeks. We handle the build out of your missed-call response, follow up sequences, and appointment handoff. You do not manage the setup. We do it for you.

Question 3

Do I need a large team for this to work?

Accepted Answer

No. Our systems are designed for small to mid-size HVAC teams where the owner is often also involved in the field. The system handles follow up so your team does not have to remember every lead.

Question 4

Will this work if I already use a CRM or scheduling tool?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, yes. We will review what you currently use and either integrate with it or recommend a more streamlined setup. The goal is fewer disconnected tools, not more.

Question 5

What packages do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Three managed packages. Lead Recovery Starter at $500 per month with $1,000 implementation. Booking Automation Engine, our flagship, at $1,000 per month with $1,500 implementation. Revenue Recovery System starting at $1,750 per month with $2,500 implementation.

Question 6

What is the difference between the packages?

Accepted Answer

Lead Recovery Starter covers missed-call capture, lead forms, review requests, and basic follow up. Booking Automation Engine adds automated follow up, appointment workflows, review request automation, and job tracking. Revenue Recovery System adds lead and past customer reactivation, a revenue tracking dashboard, and monthly system optimization.

Question 7

Is there a long-term contract?

Accepted Answer

Each package starts with an initial 90 day term, then continues month to month with 30 days notice. You are not locked into a long commitment after the first term.

Question 8

How do I know which package fits?

Accepted Answer

That is what the fit call is for. We look at your lead volume, how you follow up today, and where the biggest gaps are. Then we recommend the right starting point, not the most expensive one.

Question 9

Do these packages include a website, SEO, or ads?

Accepted Answer

No. The packages cover missed-call capture, lead follow up, appointment handoff, review requests, and reporting. Website builds, ongoing SEO, paid ads, and branding are separate and not included in these packages.

Question 10

Is review generation included?

Accepted Answer

Review request automation is included from the Booking Automation Engine up. The system can send a review request after a completed job. We do not buy reviews, guarantee a star rating, or promise a specific volume. We set up a consistent, polite request process.

Question 11

Can you guarantee more booked jobs?

Accepted Answer

No, and we will not promise specific numbers. Too much depends on your market, pricing, and existing reputation. What we can do is install a system designed to capture and follow up with more of the inquiries you are already getting.

Question 12

How quickly will I see a difference?

Accepted Answer

Missed-call response and follow up are usually active within the first few weeks. Reactivation campaigns and reporting improvements build over the first 60 to 90 days.

Question 13

Do you only serve Houston?

Accepted Answer

Houston and the surrounding area is our primary focus. We also work with home service businesses across the greater Texas region. We are not a faceless national agency.

Question 14

How is Click Convoz different from other marketing agencies?

Accepted Answer

Most agencies focus on traffic and clicks. We focus on what happens after someone contacts you. Our system is built to capture, follow up with, and convert the inquiries you are already getting but losing.
